Hello everyone. Welcome back to the podcast. I'm thrilled to have you here for today's episode, Release, Manifest, and Live. In this episode, we will reflect on the importance of releasing the past, manifesting our desires, and shaping our future. All while remembering to live fully in the present moment. The value of memories. Memories are treasures, aren't they? They shape who we are and remind us of our journey. Each memory, whether joyful or painful, contributes to our growth. However, it's crucial to accept the past for what it is and learn to release it. As we grow older, we begin to understand why our past is what it is. We learn to accept it because, let's face it, we cannot change it or the people in it. But what we can change is our perspective. Letting go of what no longer serves us is essential. This includes letting go of certain people, experiences, and even beliefs that hold us back. Think about it. How many times have we clung to memories that no longer serve us? It's time to release that weight. The power of mindset. We cannot change our past experiences, nor can we change who we were at the time of those experiences. But we can change how we perceive them. This is all about mindset. I often think of the serenity prayer, which goes, Divine, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference. Adjusting our mindset can remove roadblocks and allow us to move forward in shaping our future. I remember a time when I was stuck in a negative mindset, replaying past mistakes over and over. It wasn't until I shifted my perspective that I began to see opportunities instead of obstacles. Lessons from influential figures. When I was younger, I listened to many people I looked up to, those who had achieved success. One voice that stood out to me was Steve Harvey. He has a motivational podcast that releases episodes every morning. In one particular episode, he shared a powerful analogy. Holding on to your past is like driving a car while looking in the rearview mirror. We all know that if you're driving and only looking in the rearview mirror, you won't see what's in front of you. This can lead to a crash, both literally and metaphorically. The same applies to life. The more we cling to the past, the more we miss the opportunities right in front of us. Think about your own life. Are there areas where you're looking back instead of moving forward? Awareness and acceptance. Until we become aware drivers of our lives, we must accept that the rearview mirror has its purpose. It allows us to see what's behind us clearly, but we must focus on what lies ahead. Everything in life has its purpose, and we need to know when to use our past experiences to make wiser decisions. I recall a time when I faced a significant setback. Instead of wallowing in self-pity, I chose to reflect on what I could learn from that experience. It transformed my perspective and helped me grow. Acknowledging progress. It's easy to get caught up in what we haven't achieved, but let's take a moment to celebrate where we are now. You are in a place today that you once wished to be in. Recognizing this progress is vital for our mental and emotional well-being. Take a moment right now. Think of three things you've accomplished in the past year. Write them down. Acknowledging our progress helps us stay motivated. Manifesting the future. Now, let's talk about manifesting the future. To create the life we desire, we must first release the past and embrace the present. Manifestation is not just about wishing for things, it's about aligning our thoughts, beliefs, and actions with our desires. I've found that when I focus on what I truly want and take actionable steps toward it, the universe seems to align in my favor. Practical steps to manifest. Here are a few practical steps to help you manifest your future. 1. Set clear intentions. Know what you want. Write it down and visualize it. Be specific about your goals. 2. Practice gratitude. Acknowledge what you already have. This opens the door for more abundance. Gratitude shifts your focus from lack to abundance. 3. Take inspired action. Manifestation requires action. Don't wait for things to happen. Make them happen. This could be as simple as networking or learning a new skill. 4. Stay open to change. Sometimes what we manifest may come in unexpected forms. Be open to the possibilities. Flexibility can lead to opportunities you never imagined. Living in the present. Finally, let's not forget the importance of living in the present. Life is happening right now, and it's essential to seize the moment. Engage fully in your experiences, whether big or small. This is where joy resides. Let's take a moment to breathe deeply together. Inhale and exhale. Feel the present moment. This simple practice can ground us and bring clarity. As we wrap up today's episode, remember release the past, manifest your desires, and live fully in the present. Thank you for joining me today. I hope you found value in our discussion. Until next time, stay mindful and moralicious.
